In an age where much of modern entertainment has become hollow, cynical, preachy, or creatively bankrupt, we believe audiences are starving for something deeper; worlds worth exploring, heroes worth admiring, villains worth fearing, and stories that leave a lasting impact long after the credits roll.
Aegis Publishing exists first and foremost as the creative home of writer Jack McEvans and the expanding worlds, myths, characters, and sagas born from his imagination. From epic fantasy and science fiction to horror, mythology, mystery, and cinematic storytelling, our mission is to create stories that entertain, inspire, challenge, and endure.
But Aegis Publishing is larger than one writer.
Over time, we intend to bring in some of the best new and up-and-coming storytellers we can find; writers who still believe story comes first. Writers who understand that audiences deserve compelling characters, meaningful themes, emotional journeys, unforgettable worlds, and genuine passion poured into the craft.
This is a publishing company started by writers, for writers.
We are unapologetically a Conservative Christian company. Our values shape the spirit of the stories we tell: courage, sacrifice, redemption, perseverance, family, faith, truth, responsibility, and the eternal struggle between good and evil.
At the same time, our doors are open to anyone willing to take the journey with us. Whether you are conservative, liberal, independent, religious, skeptical, or simply someone searching for great stories again, you are welcome here. If some of our stories become guilty pleasures hidden from your peers, we will happily accept the compliment.

Somewhere along the way, much of Hollywood forgot this. Too often, modern entertainment places propaganda first, spectacle second, and story somewhere near the bottom of the list. Audiences can feel it. They know when they are being lectured instead of inspired.
We believe that is why so many people feel disconnected from modern entertainment.
Many of us grew up loving stories, movies, books, games, mythology, fantasy, and science fiction. We did not abandon Hollywood. We feel Hollywood abandoned us.
So we built our own thing.
And while many legacy entertainment giants continue to lose audience trust, lose passion, lose creativity, and lose touch with ordinary people, a new generation of independent creators is rising to take their place.
Aegis Publishing intends to be part of that future.
We are intentionally keeping our creative roster small, no more than 25 authors, so that quality, vision, passion, and artistic integrity remain at the heart of everything we create.
This is only the beginning.
The worlds are expanding.
The stories are just getting started.
